Crispy bhindi

Fried Okra

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 4 tbsp besan (gram flour)
    • 1 glass of water
    • salt, red chilli (according to the taste)
    • bhindi (lady finger / okra)
    • oil for frying

    Directions

    1. Mix the gram flour in adequate quantity of water to make a paste.
    2. Add salt,red chille and cut lady fingers in the vertical direction into two halves.
    3. Mix all the ingredients and keep aside  for half an hour or till the guest arrive
    4. While serving the food deep fry it till it becomes reddish brown in colour.
    5. Serve this crispy bhindi with green chutney.
