Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 2 capsicum chopped into very fine pieces
    • 3 tsp oil
    • salt to taste
    • 3 cups curd
    for tempering:
    • 1 tsp oil
    • 1 tsp mustard seeds
    • 1 tsp urad dal


    1. Heat oil. Fry capsicum nicely till it is light brown
    2. Mix capsicum, salt to curd and mix.
    3. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal and add this to curd. Mix well
    4. Serve chillid with pulao or chappatis.
    5. You can make bhindi raitha in a similar way. just use more oil to fry bhindis till they are golden brown or they will be sticky.
