Curry leaf chutney

Serves 6 people

reall lipsmacking and different


  • 1 pich jeeraa
  • 200 gm curry leaves
  • 200 gm udad dal
  • 6 green chilies
  • 50gm tamarind or juice of 2 lemons
  • salt to taste
  • 2tbsp seasame oil
  • 1 pich mustard oil



  1. slightly roast udad dal ,green chillies,jeera and curry leaves in one tbsp oil , set aside to cool.
  2. grind to coarse paste with tamarind, 50 ml water and salt set aside
  3. heat oil ,fry mustard seeds and  udad dal stir into chutney.
