1 pich jeeraa
200 gm curry leaves
200 gm udad dal
6 green chilies
50gm tamarind or juice of 2 lemons
salt to taste
2tbsp seasame oil
1 pich mustard oil
slightly roast udad dal ,green chillies,jeera and curry leaves in one tbsp oil , set aside to cool.
grind to coarse paste with tamarind, 50 ml water and salt set aside
heat oil ,fry mustard seeds and udad dal stir into chutney.
