Flatbread with vegetables

It is a great combination of taste and nutrition. As this recipe is a mixture of all different kinds of vegetables, it is healty and attractive, even to the kids who run away from the sight of vegetables!!

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 100 grams Palak Leaves (Spinach Leaves)
    • 100 grams Methi Leaves (fenugreek Leaves)
    • 1 whole carrot (grated)
    • 1 Radish(small sized grated)
    • 1 Potato (Grated)
    • 1 Onion (grated)
    • 50 grams Cauliflower  (grated)
    • 50 grams Cabbage (grated)
    • 5 grams Dhaniyaa
    • 5 grams Podina
    • Salt (according to taste)
    • Chilli powder (1 tbsp)
    • Garam Masala (1/2 tbsp)
    • Wheat Flour (3 big bowls)
    • 2 tbsp oil

    Directions

    1. Wash and then chop all the leafy Vegetables.
    2. Add the rest of the grated vegetables to it.
    3. Also add the chilli powder and the salt according to taste.
    4. Mix with the wheat flour and oil. (Water is not needed as the vegetable juices are enough)
    5. If the dough is soft add more flour.
    6. Make Paranthas of this dough and serve with Garlic Chutney or Achaar.
