Cut the papaya in to length wise pieces, And fill it with water upto a level such that the vegetables are immersed In it completely and cook it in a low flame.
when the papaya is half cooked, add turmeric and salt. Do not drain the water.
Grind coconut, jeera, red chillies with a little water together
Take a bowl add milk,rice flour and the ground paste
Mix everything and add it to the cooked vegetables. Cook for 5 min
For seasoning/tempering:
Heat oil in a pan. Crackle the mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal and red chillies and pour it on top of the vegetable.
