Vegetable and Kheema curry
Mince meat with vegetables.

1/2 kg mince meat.
1 small bowl of peas(boiled)
1/2 bowl of carrots(cubed and boiled)
1 potato (cubed)
2 tbsps ginger,garlic paste.
2 green chilllies.
1 tbsp red chilly paste.
3 tbsps ghee or oil.
Whole masala (4-5 pods cardamom, 3 tsps jeera, 3-4 sticks cinnamon )
2 tsps turmeric powder(optional)
2 tomatoes(peeled and chopped finely)
2 tbsps tomato puree.
Chopped corriander for garnishing
2 onions (sliced)
2 tsps garam masala powder
Wash mince meat and keep aside.
Heat fat,add whole masalas,when they splutter, add whole chillies, add onions saute till golden brown.
Add tomatoes, ginger, garlic paste, chilly paste, turmeric powder, saute for 2 mins. Add mince meat, potatoes and salt, braise on medium heat, stirring all the time till potatoes half done.
Add boiled peas,carrots and tomato puree,mix it,add 1 cup of water and cook on medium heat till potatoes and mince meat cooked.
Add lemon and garam masala powder,cook for 1 min.
Garnish with corriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice or rotis.
