Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup Steamed Sprouted Moong
    • 1 Onion chopped
    • 1 Tomato chopped
    • salt to taste
    • Red chili powder to taste
    • 1½ tsp. lemon juice
    • ¼th tsp. roasted cumin (Jeera) powder
    • Finely chopped coriander leaves
    • 1/2 tsp. grounded sugar (optional)

    Directions

    1. Wash and drain sprouts. 
    2. Add Onion, tomato and other ingredients.  
    3. Mix well.
    4. Garnish with coriander.
    5. Note: Other sprouted lentils can also be used in place of moong.

    ADD BOILED CORN ,PEAS, GRATED CARROT AND PUFFED RICE WITH LOTS OF CORRIENDER FOR GARNISH. WILL TASTE GOOD
