stir fried szechwan chicken

Ingredients
non vegetarian
4 servings
1/2 Kg Chicken (cut into 1"pieces)
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
5 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp red chilli powder
a pinch of ajinomoto
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in half cup of water
1 tbsp spring onion(chopped)
salt to taste
Directions
Wash and clean chicken
In a pan heat oil, fry ginger garlic paste for a minute. Add 2 dry red chillies.
Add chicken,and all the above ingredients except springs onion and cornflour.
Cover the pan and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Finally add spring onions and cornflour mix well.
Cook till chicken done.
Stir once in between.
Serve hot.
