Cut the paneer from middle in slice in it add stuffing of black pepper, coriander leaves. After that in a pan add few drops of oil fry paneer till it becomes light brown.
In other pan add oil then ginger garlic pst, garam masala, tomato puree, salt.
When it starts leaving oil put malai, kasori methi.
Then put paneer piecies
Garnish it with coriander leaves, cheese grated and if wanted add tandori colour.
