Dear Shweta, I m really glad that you n your guest liked my recipe of the daal.this recipe was taught to me by my sister who also resides in canada.I usually send those recipes which are immensely liked by my family n friends and if you are a non veg. then u must try my Russian sauce chicken which is my all time favourite. Thanks again for your compliments

Dear Farida, many thanks for the quick response. Indeed, the dal I prepared for the dinner following the guidelines in your recipe has turned out to be a lip smacking accompaniment. Had invited some Canadian friend's over, who, infact relished the dal and complimented me, and asked for the recipe too. Rather, you deserve those compliments, should I say! Thanks once again.

Dear Shweta, thanks for ur comment!Just want to say that when your daal is ready you wont even feel the taste of that particular daal.Otherwise if u want to omit I guess u can...I dont think that it will entirely change the taste.

Indeed a very good recipe, dear Farida Qadir. Keep up the good work. Meanwhile, wanted to ask you a question, that... not making use of masoor dal in the preparation is anyway going to affect the taste of the final product? This I am asking you because nobody likes it in my household. Anyways, thanks once again, be well.
