in the point no 3 u have mentioned to cook he dals again for 15-20 min ... is tht in the cooker or in a kadhai ,... i am connfused.
this dal is very commonly made in India,yours is good but nothing different.
Instead , you should be more systematic in your ingredients, like the fresh ones and the dry pwds. should be seperate.Then you have missed out the soaking of urad dal.
