i make it in this way: first i fry the paneer coated with cornflour and keep it aside. then carrots, capsicums and then i fry onins till it gets pink then add ginger paste and 3-4 tomatoes. after that when it starts leaving oil, i put 1 ts soya sauce, 2 ts tomato sauce and chilli sauce acc. to the taste and fry it for some time and put salt accordingly. at last i add 1/2 ts vinegar to it and fried paneer to it. and before putting it down, i add 1 spoon cornflour mixed with water. and cook it for 1 minute and it is very tasty with parathas.
