potatos and eggs masala

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 6 eggs
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1 tomato chopped
    • 1 tsp red chilli
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp turmaric powder
    • 2 potatos sliced
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 2 green chilies chopped
    • 1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a karahi add onion and fry till transperent
    2. Add garlic paste in it and mixx well, now add 1/4 glass water, cook at medium low heat
    3. Now add salt, red chili and turmaric powder, mix and add tomato and potato togethers cook until potatos get soft
    4. In a bowl beat eggs, and when potatos are cooked pour eggs into karahi, keep sirring so that eggs do not stick to karahi
    5. when eggs are cooked sprinkle chopped green chilies and coriander leaves
    6. Serve with parathas
