Chicken and Cheese Cutlet

A very tasty Cutlet with a difference.

This is my own recipe. Hope you will like it. I am sure cheese lovers will like it. You may reduce the size of this cutlet by using a smaller piece of cheese to stuff. Chicken can be skipped to make it vegetarian.

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

  • 1 cup Chicken, boiled, shredded
  • 5½ cups Vegetables, mixed
  • ½ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups Potato, boiled, mashed
  • 2 nos. Egg, beaten
  • bunch Bread Crumbs, as desired
  • bunch Cheese, slices, as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch Ajinomoto


  1. Mix all the ingredients except eggs, bread crumbs and cheese slices together.
  2. To shape make small portions out of the above mixture. Take one portion and place a quarter slice of a cheese slice and cover it with the other portion and seal neatly.
  3. Repeat the same with the remaining mixture and then dip each cutlet in beaten egg and rub in breadcrumbs and deep fry to a golden.
