Baingan Bhartha with Mutter

Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
1 cup mutter (green Peas) boiled
3 Gol baigan(Egg Plant)
2 onion Chopped
2 tomato chopped
6 colves garloc roughly chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped
1 tsp garam masala powder
few black pepper corns
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1/2 tsp amchoor
salt to taste
2 tbsp mustard oil
pinch og hing
1 tsp jeera
2 green chilly chopped
Directions
Boil green peas, keep aside
Dry roast baingan and peel the skin, and mash it.
In a wok heat oil, put jeera, hing and pepper corn.
Now add garlic and chopped onion and fry till onion is light brown. Add powder maslaa and chopped tomato and fry for few minutes.
Now add mashed baigan and mix well. Add boiled peas and cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriender leaves.
If you want then give tadka with little jeera, hing and few dried red chillies.
