Ingredients

1 long Bitter guard (Karela)
1 thinly sliced Onion
1 tomato (finely chopped)
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Directions
Cut karela in to 1/2inch pieces. Remove the seeds.
Pour oil in a pan. Heat.
Put onion and fry well. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
Add tomato and saute well. Add karela And saute.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt. Saute.
Add 1 cup water. Close the pan. After10 mins open the pan. The raw colour of karela should be changed, means, karela was cooked. Otherwise cook for some times by adding water.
