Basic Tea

This is a basic recipe for tea (indian style). Almost everybody knows how to make one.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Tea leaves
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • piece Ginger, small piece

Directions

  1. Heat a cup of water in a pan, add sugar to taste, add tea leaves and ginger.
  2. Boil for a minute and add milk. Continue boiling for about a minute.
  3. If you want lemon tea then squeeze some lemon. you will get a hot sizzling tea for your after noon.

PLS CLARIFY THAT FOR LEMON TEA THE MILK IS NOT TO BE ADDED. To make the tea better I always boil water with sugar and milk then add tea leaves and spices liek ginger or cloves or cardamom( any one at a time).
