Shahi muttor paneer

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • 250 gm paneer (cubed pieces)
    • 150 gm peas
    • 3 tomatoes
    • 1 onion finely chopped
    • 14 cashewnuts
    • half cup coriander leaves
    • 12 flakes of garlic
    • ginger
    • 2 green chillies
    • 2 tsp cream
    • salt acc to taste
    • one n half tsp red chilli pwd
    • one n half tsp coriander pwd
    • garam masala half tsp
    • pinch of turmeric pwd
    • one tsp kasoori methi
    • oil

    Directions

    1. Take a pan add oil, add onion in a pan n stir it till it becomes pink
    2. then add grinded cashewnuts n again stir it let it leaves the oil
    3. add red chilli pwd,coriander pwd,turmeric,salt and garam masala n again stir well
    4. then take tomatoes,garlic,ginger,green chillies and coriander leaves and grind them
    5. add these ingriedients in a pan and again stir it
    6. stir for 2 to 3 min let it leaves the oil
    7. then add peas and saute for few mins
    8. add 1 cup of water
    9. when peas becomes soft add fresh cream in it n stir well
    10. then add paneer pieces and littlt bit grated paneer
    11. after that add kasoori methi and keep for 5 to 10 mins on sim
    12. if need add little bit water
    13. serve hot vith chapati, tandoor roti or naan
