Golgappe (Panipuri)

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 2 cup semolina/rava/suji
    • 1 tbsp Maida
    • 1 tbsp wheat flour
    • 1 tbsp rice flour
    • water

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients and knead them with water to make a tight dough.
    2. Now roll into small pooris and deep fry them to make crispy pani poori or golgappe.
    3. Make pani of your choice and enjoy.

    Dear Rita,1.Make paste of coriander leaves + green chillies+ mint leaves + ginger + fennel seeds pwd + cumin pwd adding water.2.Strain and add black salt + salt + sugar+ lemon juice.3.Soak tamarind and dates for 1 hr.Pressure cook.Cool and blend it. Strain and add salt + black salt + cumin pwd and boil again for better taste.Tamarind - date chutney is ready.You can use jeggary instead of dates.
