bread with cabbage and curd

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 8 pecies of bread
    • curd without water
    • 1 cup grated cabbage
    • 2 table spoon oil
    • a pinch of black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    • 5-6 curry leaves
    • salt to taste
    • a pinch of turmeric powder

     

    Directions

    1. mix cabbage and curd
    2. add salt and pepper to taste
    3. apply the mixture to a bread
    4. overlap it with another piece of bread
    5. prepare 4 sets of bread and keep aside
    6. heat the oil in a pan
    7. add mustard leaves and curry leaves
    8. put off the stove and add turmeric powder
    9. add this mixture both sides of the bread
    10. heat another pan and put the sets of bread over it
    11. shallow fry the breads and cut it in four pieces and serve with ketch-up and chutney
