Pressure cooked meat has a more boiled taste to it than the slow cooked meat. If you are in a hurry, that's fine but then do not expect the dish to be delicious. Good food needs patience. To reduce cooking time, buy tender meat (avoid thigh/leg)

Hi Nilesh ,i cooked in pressure cooker and it turned out more yummy ,coz meat got very tender, dont put too much water and after opening u can saute again to make thick gravy ,,we can also save fuel this way..All the best!

I'm sorry to say Tasneem's hasn't the foggiest on how to make a Peshawari karahi. Too few tomatoes!!! You need at least 1/2 kg tomatoes for the second part of the preparation as the meat actually cooks in the juices of the tomatoes and goes on to form a fantastic gravy. Peshawar is along way from Karachi and tasneem is a long way off from the real McCoy.
