Coconut Biscuit Mithai

LOW CALORIE AND TASTY !!

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 pkt Marie Biscuit
    • 100 gm Coconut powder
    • ½ tin Condensed milk
    • Cold milk as required

    Directions

    1. Grind the biscuits in a mixer to a fine powder.
    2. Add the condensed milk slowly, mixing continuously with hand, to knead dough. If needed little cold mild can also be added to make soft dough.
    3. Similarly make dough of the coconut powder.
    4. Now divide the biscuit dough in 2 parts. Put the dough on a clean polythene and roll with a belan (rolling pin) to a round thick chapatti.
    5. Similarly divide the coconut dough in 2 parts and roll on another polythene.
    6. Now put the coconut chapatti on the biscuit chapatti and very carefully roll the two together such that these don’t break.
    7. Now after you get the cylindrical , put them in fridge for ½ an hour to set .
    8. Now cut into slices and serve cold.
