Khata fried rice

It is very simple to make

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings

    • 1 cup boiled rice
    • 1 1/2 cups of chopped tomatoes
    • half onion chopped
    • 1 cup or as required Chicken/vegetable stock
    • Salt to taste
    • half tsp of Red chilli
    • 4 tbsp oil


    1. in a cooking vessel take oil.
    2. put onions and fry it until light golden colour appears.
    3. then insert tomatoes in it.
    4. add red chilli powder and then the rice.
    5. after this at last put the rice.
    6. Mix it well and then put the chicken/ vegetable stock.
    7. serve it hot.
