this reciepe is for chicken angara hence u forgot to add the angara this can be done by heating a piece of charcoal on the gas burner...till it becomes red...then u put it in ur ready dish in which u are to serve the chicken cover it with a lid as soon as the charcoal is immersed in the gravy...so that the aroma lingers in ...there ur dis is complete nowwwwwwww.....
I'm sorry but you know something you forgot the main taste required for chicken angara and i.e; Coal.
So when the person eats he gets the taste of Aag.
hope you know how to do dat.....
helloo?..whr is th use of black pepper?
with 250gm curd and tomato puree too,doesn't the chicken become too sour?
