Cheezy Chillies

Tasty evening snack...try it once & u'll love it always.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 15 Green Chillies(Bajji Chillies)
    • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
    • ½ tsp Baking powder
    • ¼ cup CornFlour
    • ¾ cup Maida
    • ¼ cup finely chopped Cilantro(Coriander leaves)
    • ½ tsp Red chilli powder
    • ½ tsp Chat Masala 
    • ½ tsp Garlic paste(or 3-4 cloves crushed) 
    • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil for frying. 


    1. In a bowl, mix Maida, baking powder, Cornflour & Salt. Make a smooth & thick batter & keep aside for 15 mins.
    2. In another bowl, mix cheese, garlic, Chat masala, Cilantro, Red chilli powder & Pepper powder. 
    3. Slit the chillies & remove the seeds. Stuff the chillies with cheese mixture well & set side for 5 mins.
    4. Heat Oil in a kadai. Dip each chilli in the batter & fry till crispy on a medium heat. They won't turn golden brown but will be crispy.
    5. Serve hot with tomato sauce & mint chutney.

    another good one to try.


    it was very different and tasty but i think its very heavy.but we can always have it on special occassions.
