Hot Chocolate Fudge

Eggless cake in chocolate sauce

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsps. Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Coffee
  • ½ tbsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • ¾ cup Raw Cream

For Sauce: Boiling water 2 cups Sugar 3/4 cup Cocoa pwd 1.5 tbsp Coffee 1 tsp Cornflour 4 tsp

Directions

For Cake

  1. mix all the dry ingredients properly and then add the cream
  2. pour this mixture in a oven proof glass dish.

For Sauce

  1. Add the sugar to the boiling water and mix till dissolved,
  2. Add all the other ingredients,when mixed pour over the cake mixture.
  3. Bake for half an hour at 150 deg.
  4. Serve hot or cold.

hi... abnash i went on through ur receipe.... i want to know that all purpose flour is whea flour or maida....... and raw cream means normal cream that which we use to have....??????

this recipe is just amazing i really wanted to eat some hot chocolate fudge and looked up the recipe from this website and we cooked and it was amazing and really tasty! after that we also kept this dessert in a party
