Chicken Piri piri

Hot and spicy chicken dish

Quick recipe for dry and delicious chicken

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 Kg chicken (skinned an cut into 8 or more pieces).
    • 4 tbsps oil.
    • 2 tbsps ginger ,garlic paste.
    • 2 tbsp red chilly powder.
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice.
    • corriander leaves for garnishing
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Clean chicken.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic paste, and saute for 1 min, Add chicken, salt, cover and cook on low heat till chicken is cooked and water is absorbed.
    3. Stir in chilly powder and lemon juice, continue cooking for 5 mins. Garnish with corriander leaves.
    4. Serve hot with fries and salad.
