1 Kg chicken (skinned an cut into 8 or more pieces).
4 tbsps oil.
2 tbsps ginger ,garlic paste.
2 tbsp red chilly powder.
2 tbsp lemon juice.
corriander leaves for garnishing
salt to taste
Directions
Clean chicken.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic paste, and saute for 1 min, Add chicken, salt, cover and cook on low heat till chicken is cooked and water is absorbed.
Stir in chilly powder and lemon juice, continue cooking for 5 mins. Garnish with corriander leaves.
