Yummy rava dosa

It's easy to make in a short period

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup rva
    • 1 cup rice flour
    • 1/4 cup wheat flour
    • 1 medium size onion chopped
    • salt to taste
    • 2 tbsp splitted chana dal
    • 2 tbsp urud dal
    • 1 tsp mutard
    • few green chillies chopped
    • 3 tbsp chopped curryleaves
    • 2 pinch of astrafotida powder(asf)
    • oil for cooking

    Directions

    1. In a bowl take all the flours  ,salt ,hing powder (asf powder)mix well now add water and make into watery mix in such a way to pour as dosa keep aside
    2. Now heat a pan put some oil put mustard, dals, onion, curry leaves and chilli. Fry till the dal turns golden brown put this into the batter mixed
    3. Now keep the dosa pan heat it apply oil then pour into thin dosa put oil around the edges allow to cook till its crispy in low flame ,then take and serve with your favourite chutney.
    NOTE:TO GET THIN AND CRISPY DOSA AND MORE WATER.
