Poha dosa

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 cup Poha
    • 2 cups rice
    • 2 green chilles
    • 1 tbsp ginger
    • salt to taste


    1. soak rice for atleast 3 hours.
    2. Wash and soak poha for 1/2 hour.
    3. Grind rice, poha,chillies and ginger to a smooth paste.
    4. Leave the paste overnight to fermentate.
    5. Add salt and mix well before making dosa .

    Add a few methi seeds to the soaked rice and poha.
