Its very very easy and ahrdly takes your 5 mins for the prepartion time.
Ingredients
vegetarian 2 servings
1 cup rawa or Suji
1 cup Curd
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 small green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp green chilly-corriander paste
1 sachet eno powder
oil for greasing
salt to taste
Water
corriander to garnish
Directions
In a large bowl pour suji, add in it curd, turmeric powder, salt, finely chopped green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, green paste, and some little corriander leaves.
Mix the batter throughly by adding water in little quantity and making a semi thick batter.
Keep it aside for a max of 30 mins.
Now grease the trays of the idli steamer and keep the water to boil.
Quickly add in eno sachet to the dhokla batter, stir well and pour in each tray.
Allow it to steam on medium heat for 15 mins.
Insert a knife into one of the fluffed dhokla to check for doneness.
If knife comes out clear its ready or steam for more 5 mins.
Put trays out of the steamer...and allow it to cool for 5-7mins.
Remove gently without breaking or disturbing the shape and serve hot with Corriander garnished................and green chutney or sauce of your choice.
