Tangy Cottage Cheese

The Best red, thick and spicy curry with soft paneer.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 Minced Onions
    • 1 cup Tomato Puree
    • ½ cup Curd
    • 1 tsp Red chili powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
    • 250 gm cubed Paneer / Cottage Cheese
    • 2 cardamoms
    • Oil / Desi Ghee (Clarified butter)

    Directions

    1. In a non stick pan add oil and add Onions.
    2. When Onions turn golden brown add tomato puree.
    3. When oil starts leaving sides of pan add curd and all dry spices with 2 cardamoms and Salt.
    4. Now add cubes of paneer.
    5. Garnish with Finely chopped green chilies and serve hot with Paranthas/ Chapatti or Naan

    Delicious recepie it exactly makes u feel that u r eating in a restaurant if u add a little meat masala ,garam masala n kasuri methi to it it would be more yummy
