hey everyone, I want to share this recipe with you,its my mom's special dahi salad so enjoy and have fun making it , because its so easy, so just try!

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • ½ Lettuce
    • 1 small cucumber
    • 1 tamtoe
    • red onion or white
    • 2 hari mirch
    • 1 tsp salt
    • pinch of kala namak
    • 1 tsp chaat masala
    • pinch of black pepper
    • 1 cup yogurt
    • ½ tsp red powder mirch
    • fresh cilantro

    Directions

    1. Chop the lettuce,onion,cucumber,tamtoe,and hari mirch and place them in a large bowl.
    2. Add yogurt to it and mix well then add all the spices like, kala namak, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, red powder mirch,salt.
    3. Then ,mix well, and finally add fresh cilantro.
    4. Now what are you waiting for, take a spoon and enjoy with any dish very good for dieters.

    Hi, If you add 2/3 roasted Garlic pcs(Finely chopped) it will add to the taste and also aroma. Even Hung dahi / I/o can be good.
