Kasoori Onion Balls

Easy to Cook..
Ingredients
vegetarian
2 servings
1 cup Besan
3/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 small onions (chopped)
3 tbsp kasoori methi
1/4 tsp thymol seeds
pinch of soda bi-carb
salt to taste
Oil to fry
Water (if required - very little - just to sprinkle)
Directions
Sieve besan in a bowl
Add spices, salt, onions & kasoori methi
Mix well.
Finally add soda bi-carb & blend well to form a semi sift dough
Roll out into small balls & shallow fry till golden brown
Serve with Chutney or Ketchup.
