Add maida, milk, vanilla essence, cardamom and cinnamon powder and cocoa powder.
Blend it to a thick consistency.
Heat a little oil in frying pan. Keep on medium-low heat
Now pour the batter into the pan and fry like you would fry an omlette.
Garnish with a trickle of honey and strwaberries, Serve.
Chef notes: If rising flour is available, you can use it instead of Maida, the pancakes will be fluffier. You can also make rising flour by sifting ½ tsp of baking powder in 2 cups of maida.
