Mango smoothie

Excellent thirst quencher.....especially in summer.

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • Mangoes, cut, peeled and diced, as per requirement
    • 2 tbsp Sugar ( no need to use if mangoes are sweet, but it's recommended)
    • Milk, as per requirement
    • Crushed Ice
    • ½ cup Cream, canned is better, optional

    Directions

    1. In a mixie, add diced mango and blend to a smooth puree.
    2. Now add cream, milk and sugar. Remember do not add too much milk or else it'll be watery. Thick is better.
    3. Blend till nice and smooth.
    4. Now take a glass and fill the bottom with crushed ice.
    5. Pour the smoothie.
    6. Serve chilled!
