This recipe is my mother in laws fav ,hope my readers like it too enjoy guys ! its very easy so just give it a shot!
Ingredients
vegetarian 2 servings
2 capsicum (bell peppers)
2 small potatoes
1 large onion
3-4 green chillies
1 large tomatoes
2ts oil
1ts of turmeric powder
1ts MDH (deggi mirch) its red powder type to give a red touchy color any be found in any indian grocery store.
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp salt (according to taste)
pinch of gram masala, after the subzai is made just sprinkle and mix
Directions
Cut the capsicum and potato in long thin type, then in a deep pan put oil add cumin seeds and potatoes.
Cook for 2 minutes, then add tomatoes, green chillies, mix well along with that add salt, turmeric powder, dhigi mirch. mix well cook for 1 min
Now add capsicum and cook covered for 5 min until you see the potatoes are soft and the capsicum , just take a piece and check with a fork then you'll know
Just sprinkle the gram masala when done and just enjoy!
