this recipe is aloo bhaji with 3 taste sweet sour and spicy.no onion no garlic.
Ingredients
vegetarian 2 servings
3-4medium size potatoes
200gms sour yogurt(dahi)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
2-3 red chilli
1 tsp laung and dalchini powder
1 tsp besan(gram floor)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp kasuri methi.
salt
oil to fry
1 tbsp ghee or butter
Directions
Blend yogurt add 1 cup water,salt,sugar and besan mix well and keep aside.
Peel, wash and boil the potatoes with pinch turmeric in water so it will get yellow colour, then cut the potatoes and deep fry.heat a pan add ghee or butter,2-3 red chilli, fry potatoes, laung and dalchini powder and saute for 2 min. then add blended yogurt and kasuri methi cook for 5 min.
