hi readers ,this recipe for those who enjoy eggs but now you can enjoy with roti with some gravy.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 2 servings
1 onion
1 tomatoes
2-3 green chilles
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 ts- red chilli powder
half inch of ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 glass of water
fresh cilantro
4 boiled eggs
2 tsp oil
Directions
first take onion, tomatoe, green chillis, garlic, ginger blend together in a blender
then take a pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds mix well then add the ingredients blend
After that put your spices listed, mix well and cook for 6 min until it leaves oil
lastly add 1 glass of water mix well cook for 4 min. When starts to get even with the masala lower heat add the eggs , stop the heat add fresh cilantro (coriander leaves) and serve. enjoy!
