Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

    • 1 banana
    • A couple of starwberries, fresh or frozen
    • 2 tsp Vanilla essence
    • ¾ cup Milk
    • Water, as per requirement
    • Sugar, as per requirement
    • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder (optional)
    • 1 tsp Nutmeg Powder
    • Ice Cubes


    1. Slice bananas and strwaberries, if using frozen strawberries, thaw them before hand.
    2. Put them in a mixie and make a thick puree of strawberries and bananas.
    3. Add milk and sugar.
    4. Blend well.
    5. Put in some ice cubes in a glass, pour in the smoothie.
    6. Before serving, top off with cinammon powder and nutmeg powder.
    7. Serve Chilled.
