Crunchy watermelon

A healthy snack which includes fruits n vegetables.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 2 cups of watermelon pieces-seeds removed n cut into small pieces,
    • 1 cup pomegranate seeds,
    • 1 cup cucumber pieces,
    • 1 cup fried croutons,
    • 1 tsp chaat masala-or as per taste,
    • 1/2 tsp red chilli pwdr-optional
    • 2 tsp lemon juice,

    For garnishing: half cup bhujia or crushed potato wafers/any other namkeen.


    1. Mix all the fruits together.
    2. Add chaat masala and lemon juice. Toss gently.
    3. Garnish with croutons and bhujia and seve immediately.
    4. You could keep the fruits in the fridge before mixing chaat.
