Macaroni Cheese Sticks

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 cup Macaroni
    • 1/2 cup grated cheese
    • Salt to taste
    • Black pepper powder
    • 1/2 cut lemon


    1. Boil Macaroni. Drain the excess water.
    2. Put macaroni in a chopper and make a paste out of it. Note: Do not add any water.
    3. Take the macaroni in a big bowl, add the grated cheese, salt, black pepper powder, and squeeze lemon juice over it.
    4. Mix well. Make stick shapes of the mixture.
    5. Deep fry.
    6. Serve hot with Green chutney or thai chilli sause

    hello nahid, no need to put the sticks in any batter.....juss simply deep fry the sticks and thanks for your response


    Yes Alifiya, to make the paste put the boiled macaroni in a chopper....dont make it too smooth and as mentioned in recipe dont put any need of any dippings...and u can apply little cooking oil on ur palm while givin it a shape of a stick...


    Yes Alifiya,no need to dip.....and the macaroni should be boiled till it becomes soft....while givin it the shape af a stick do apply some oil on your palm so that its not sticky.


    this sounds quick and easy...but is it easy to get macroni in paste form...for how long should the macaronis be boiled?? and also doesn't it need to be dipped in any other kind of dippings like the usual bread crumbs or rawa??
