A healthy recipe....

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • Button mushrooms (2pkts) finely chopped,
    • 3-4 garlic, 
    • 1/2tsp jeera,
    • 2-3green chillies,
    • 1/2tsp turmeric pdr,  
    • 1/2tsp rai,
    • 2-3 dry red chilli,
    • 1cup grated coconut, 
    • 2tsp oil & salt to taste

    For Grinding

    In a mixer put grated coconut, haldi pdr, green chillies, jeera & garlic.... Grind it well.... ( Do not add water )



    1. Take a kadhai add oil, rai & dry red chilli
    2. Then add finely chopped mushrooms and mix well...
    3. Keep it on sim gas with a lid on it.... ( Close it with a dhakkan )
    4. After 2min add the grinded paste and close again without mixing the paste
    5. Later after 5min mix the entire stuff well & again close & keep by adding salt as per your taste
    6. Keep it for 5mins and serve hot with chapati or hot rice



    I didn't really like this recipe. Somehow the coconut-garlic mixture doesn't go very well with mushrooms. Mushrooms can be made in much better ways - not a good recipe


    oh yes!me n my hubby loved it a lot :) n i agree wid sheetal that its super easy to cook n supper yummy to eat :)
