Radish Raitha

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 cups Grated White Radish
    • a pinch of Asafoetida (hing)
    • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
    • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
    • 2 Curry leaves
    • 2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
    • 1 tblsp chopped Cilantro (coriander leaves)
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 1/2 cup Yogurt (curd)

    Directions

    1. In a kadai heat Oil. Add hing & mustard seeds.
    2. Once the seeds splutter, add curry leaves & green chillies. Fry for 20-30 secs. Turn off the heat. Allow to cool.
    3. Add grated Radish, Salt & yogurt. Mix well.
    4. Add chopped Cilantro, mix well & serve.
