Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
2 cups Grated White Radish
a pinch of Asafoetida (hing)
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
2 Curry leaves
2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
1 tblsp chopped Cilantro (coriander leaves)
Salt to taste
1 1/2 cup Yogurt (curd)
Directions
In a kadai heat Oil. Add hing & mustard seeds.
Once the seeds splutter, add curry leaves & green chillies. Fry for 20-30 secs. Turn off the heat. Allow to cool.
Add grated Radish, Salt & yogurt. Mix well.
Add chopped Cilantro, mix well & serve.
