Basic home recipe for most popular dessert

Ingredients vegetarian 10 servings

    Rasogulla 20 no. Milk (Half & Half) 1 liter Pistachio nuts 1 tbsp. Almond nuts 1 tbsp Rabari mix 1 packet (Gits) Condensed Milk 150ml (small can) Sugar to taste A pinch of Saffron


    1. Take milk in a heavy bottomed pan, bring it to a boil, reduce the flame, stir continuously.
    2. Mix condensed milk and rabari mix together, mix them well into boiling milk and boil them about 10 to 15 minutes untill little thick consistency.
    3. Add sugar (if necessary) and saffron and keep on a medium flame till the sugar is completely dissolved. Turn off the heat.
    4. Squeeze rasogullas and put them into milk. Set aside to cool down before keeping in refrigerator for couple of hours.
    5. Serve cold, garnished with sliced pistachio and almond nuts.
