Remove the outer cover of aloo and the with fork make small small holes in aloo then put 500gm aloo(small one) in a microwave around a galss of water for roasting or you can take boiled aloo.
Take a frypan put chopped onion in it and then chopped tomato. add ginger and garlic (chopped).
Take a grinder put all dry masalas in it then coriander leaves(dhania leaves) , curry leaves, green chilli in it.
Put this mixture in a frypan and then aloo mix it well . put 1-2 drops of water in it and put lid on it for 4-5 min.on sloe flame
Ganish it with jeera powder and with coriander leaves.
