Shark Fish Roast

Even non fish lovers also like it. u can even lie ur beloved by telling its a chicken dish.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    • 2 Cups Fresh Shark Fish Fillet
    • 2 Onions Sliced
    • 1 Big tomato Chopped
    • 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
    • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
    • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
    • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
    • 1 Stem Curry Leaves
    • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
    • Salt to taste


    1. Cut Fresh Shark Fillet in to small square pieces.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute well till golden brown.
    3. Add Tomatoes and saute well until oil starts to seperate.
    4. Add Ginger & Garlic paste and saute well.
    5. Add a little water if required and add Chilli, Coriander and Turmeric Powder and mix well.
    6. Add Curry leaves , saute  and  then add 2 cups of water.
    7. Cover the pan and boil until gravy starts to thicken.
    8. Add Shark Fillets and cook for another 5 minutes or till done.
    9. Serve hot with Rice, Parathas, Roti, etc.
