Carrot Cake

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    1½ cups Self Rising Flour 2 Eggs 1 Cup Sugar 1 cup Vegetable Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 1 cup Carrots (grated) 1 cup Raisins, Nuts and Dates

    Directions

    1. Beat eggs well.
    2. Add sugar, oil, carrot and all the dry ingredients and mix well.
    3. Pour the batter into a ovenproof dish and bake at 400°F for about 30 minutes.
    4. Keep checking with a toothpick every five minutes till it comes out clean.
    5. Cool before serving.

    As we are vagetarian what is the alternative to eggs which i can use
