1 cup Sev(ganthia)
½ tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
½ tsp Red chilli powder (Lal mirch)
¼ tsp Garam masala
½ tsp Sugar (Chini)
pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
¼ tsp Mango powder (Amchoor)
¼ tsp Coriander powder (Dhania)
Coriander leaves (Dhania patte) - A few chopped
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Mix all dry masala in 1 cup water.
Heat oil in a pan, add seeds and asafoetida, allow to splutter.
Add masala solution, simmer the flame and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add sugar and stir to dissolve, then add ganthia, stir, garnish with coriander.
