1 cup gram flour
4 slices of bread
a pinch of hing
4 chopped green chillies
1/4th cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1 big onion chopped very finely
pinch of soda
salt and red chilli powder to taste
Directions
Trim the bread and cut into pieces and soak in a little water till tender.
Mix the rest of the ingredients with gram flour.
Put the bread pieces along with enough water to form a thick batter.
Drop the mixture in the smoking oil and deeply fry it to a golden brown colour.
Drain thoroughly and serve piping hot with tomato ketch-up.
