Bhuna Bee (lotus stem)

A very tasty & mouth watering veg

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1/2kg Bee (Lotus Stem)
    • 1 small bunch of corriander leaves
    • 10-12 cloves garlic
    • 2 no green chillies
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/2 tsp jeera
    • Salt as per taste
    • 1tbsp oil


    1. Boil bee in pressure cooker adding water till soft.
    2. Make paste of remaining ingredients (crush), don't make paste in grinder.
    3. Take oil in pan & fry the paste for 1 minute.
    4. Then put the boil bee  in it & mix well.
    5. Cover the pan with lid & cook on slow gas for 5 min.
    6. Delicious Bee Bhuna is ready to serve.
    7. Serve with roti.
